Husband-and-wife team Brandon and Camrin Knudsen founded Ziggi's in 2004, and the small coffee shop in Longmont, Colo., has since expanded to 65 locations as of 2022, growing 44% year over year with sales up 58%. Franchisees opened 10 more stores in 2023, a mix of drive-thrus and standalones, and Ziggi's now has a presence in 16 states. The chain sources beans from Coda Coffee, a local, sustainable roaster based in Denver, and offers a menu of customizable drinks and rotating specials.
