After a two-year hiatus from the Future 50, Spitz is back on the list. This fast casual serves a selection of doner wraps as well as "house favorites" ranging from feta-topped fries to Doquitos, Mediterranean-style taquitos made with lavash bread. The concept also offers a separate vegan menu and cocktails, beer and wine to go.
