Media magnate Martha Stewart will be a keynoter at the upcoming Restaurant Leadership Conference in Phoenix this spring.

A food and lifestyle icon who has inspired generations of people to cook, entertain and create, Stewart is the founder of the first multi-channel lifestyle company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. She is also a bestselling author and award-winning TV host, and has become a prolific entrepreneur, having launched extensive product lines ranging from cookware to CBD-infused wellness gummies, which can also be found at countless retail outlets and the direct-to-consumer platform Martha.com.

Described as the “go-to source” for homemakers, Stewart began her career as a stockbroker on Wall Street, but she later moved to Connecticut and started a catering business. That led to the publishing of her first book, “Entertaining,” in 1982 that became the first showcase for her talent in visual presentation and do-able recipes.

In 1996, Stewart launched her namesake company and the portfolio grew to include properties like “Martha Stewart Living,” “Martha Stewart Weddings,” and “The Martha Show,” as well as “Martha Stewart’s Cooking School” and “Martha Bakes” on PBS. The TV production team has won 18 Emmys.

Her collaboration with friend Snoop Dogg for “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” aired on VH1 in 2016. Including her magazines, books and home products, Stewart reaches more than 100 million fans on a monthly basis.

Stewart will share her views of the restaurant industry and leadership in a fireside chat during the RLC event, which is scheduled for April 14-17 at the J.W. Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa.

Expecting to bring together an estimated 2,000 restaurant industry executives from across the country, the conference is one of the premier events for those looking to grow their businesses.
