A string of investments is powering Everbowl's growth. In 2019, a $3 million infusion from Canadian investment firm Serruya Private Equity gave the then 3-year-old fast casual a running start, increasing sales by 7.2% year over year into 2020. Earlier this year, retired NFL quarterback Drew Brees became an investor, franchisee and ambassador for the brand with the intention of expanding in his home state of Louisiana.
Everbowl's core menu revolves around bowls and smoothies, featuring "superfoods" like acai, pitaya, matcha, chia, algae and nutrient-rich fruits. A newer addition is its "laterbowl experience," in which customers can order menu items shipped to their homes. Along with its health-focused menu, Everbowl promotes an active lifestyle.
