Arby’s is bringing brown sugar bacon back to the menu, available for a limited time in three sandwiches.

The Brown Sugar Bacon BLT offers a double wallop of bacon, pairing the brown sugar bacon with regular crispy bacon on a toasted King’s Hawaiian bun, with layers of leaf lettuce, tomatoes and mayo completing the build.

Arby’s classic roast beef sandwich is also enhanced with the sweet-salty flavor profile in a combo of thinly sliced roast beef, brown sugar bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and a creamy Dijon spread on the Hawaiian bun. The third item in the lineup is the Turkey & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich, a layering of thinly sliced roast turkey, Swiss cheese, brown sugar bacon, lettuce, tomato and creamy Dijon spread on the same Hawaiian bun.

“Bacon makes everything better, especially when combined with brown sugar to give it an extra sweetness that perfectly balances the salty and savory flavors,” said Ellen Rose, Arby’s CMO, in a statement. “Arby’s Brown Sugar Bacon menu items were fan favorites in the past, so we knew we wanted to bring back these three legendary sandwiches.”

Atlanta-based Arby’s sticks with its well-known marketing hook “we have the meats” with this latest LTO. But although the chain focuses on unique, meaty sandwiches, limited-time items don’t seem to come out of the pipeline too frequently. Arby’s most recent launch was this past September with the debut of the Big Game Burger to tie into football season. The burger is a blend of venison, elk and ground beef topped with crispy onions, pickles, melted Swiss and a dark cherry sauce.

The trio of new premium sandwiches puts bacon in the spotlight rather than on the sidelines. The Brown Sugar Bacon BLT starts at $6.49, and Arby’s Roast Beef & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich and Turkey & Brown Sugar Bacon Sandwich both start at $6.69.
